Manufacturing Services Offered:

• Wire and Sinker EDM
  EDM is one of the most accurate processes for machining complex geometries into components and assemblies. With 7 EDM Wire machines and 2 EDM Sinker machines we have the capacity to handle your requests.
  
  Wire EDM is an ideal process for prototyping and production runs because it requires no wait for expensive tooling to be built. We have the software to translate virtually every type of CAD file and can program your design into the machine and put it into production immediately. Sinker EDM is used on many complex shapes and cavities like Tooling Dies and Molds.
• CNC Jig Grinding
  For your exacting tolerances in hardened materials we have 2 Continuous Path CNC Jig Grinders plus 1 point to point and 4 manual jig grinders. Capabilities include travels of 18 x 12 inches and 24 inch heights.
• 4 & 5 Axis Machining Centers

Our NEW 5-Axis Mazak Variaxis 730-5X II allows us to machine complex parts in one set-up.

This "Done-n-One" manufacturing delivers maximum versatility and throughput for complex parts such as Complex Molds for Tooling Dies and Composite Molds. It works to eliminate multiple setups, fixtures, tools, handling and waiting time, which simply add to your manufacturing costs. In addition, "Done-n-One" machining brings dramatic reductions in lead-time and efficient lot sizes to satisfy customer JIT and cost demands. Part accuracy is improved by eliminating multiple setups. This new technology coupled with our extensive facility list of 3 and 4-axis machines provides us the flexibility you seek.
